Training
All web editors should attend a web training course. The course will give you the skills you need to manage your web presence.
Delegates will leave with an understanding of:
-
Why we have a web platform and why it is important to use our web content management system (CMS)
-
Logging into and navigating the CMS
-
How to use the CMS to create, publish and manage web content, including text, links, images, news
If you regularly produce information for a BIS partner site, you may be interested in becoming a web publisher so that you can publish material for your team or section. Web publisher training will give you the skills you need to publish and maintain your information.
Training consists of one full-day session and takes place either at 1 Victoria Street, London, or in Eduserv’s office in Bath. Please contact Susan D’Arcy, for information about training dates.
