BIS technical consultation – a new, fit-for-purpose regulatory framework for the higher education sector

In the White Paper ‘Higher Education: Students at the Heart of the System’ the government set out plans for reform of the regulatory system for Higher Education in England. This consultation, now closed, covers the more technical aspects of these proposals with a view to informing a future Higher Education Bill, where legislative change is required.
