Statistical Release Page

The latest national statistics on Energy Trends and Energy Prices produced by the Department of Energy and Climate Change were released on 24th September 2009 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.

This release includes statistics on quarterly production and consumption of coal, electricity, gas, oil and total energy include data for the UK for the second quarter of 2009. Statistics on quarterly energy prices are also included. The latest release updates the statistics previously released on 25th June 2009.
