	BIS Price Adjustment Formulae Indices Online The latest Price Adjustment Formulae Indices were released on 16 November 2009 according to the arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.
	The Indices are used in conjunction with the formulae price adjustment method of adjusting building and civil and specialist engineering contracts to allow for changes in the cost of labour, plant and materials. They are familiarly known as NEDO Indices, Baxter Indices or Osborne Indices and are widely used primarily on variation of price contracts.
