 Cleveland is opening two new detachments soon, one at Macmillan Academy one at Ingleby Barwick.

The Cleveland Girls Hockey Teams took double victories at the NE Region Hockey in June, winning both the Senior and Junior competitions.
Cadet S/Sgt Janine King of Hartlepool RE  represented the UK on a trip to Canada this summer.
Cleveland's Corps of Drums using fifes, drums and bugles has started. Contact County HQ if you want to join. We will teach you to play.

Cleveland ACF has enjoyed a successful 2007 Annual Camp at Warcop. Over 500 cadets took part in a packed programme that included fieldcraft, shooting and adventurous activities.
Last year's Cadet RSM Emma Taylor is pictured above handing over to the new Cadet RSM Bruce at the final parade.
New to the programme at camp this year was paintball, which proved to be a big hit.

Cleveland also organised an Open Day during camp, that was attended by parents, friends, VIP guests and local dignitaries.
Eight new adult instructors, pictured below, completed their Initial Training Course during the week at Warcop to qualify as Sergeant Instructors. And the Commandant was pleased to present a host of awards and promotions at the final parade, including BTEC qualifications.
