For safety reasons framed prints cannot be sent through the post.

Depicting an incident in March 1879 during the Zulu War when Royal Engineer signallers established contact with the beleagured force in Fort Ekowe using heliographs

Artist: Francis Martin 1915

Francis Martin enlisted in the Royal Engineers Signal Service in March 1915, serving in France with a Cable Section until 1917.  On his return to England he painted Through which made an immediate impact upon all ranks of the Signal Service.

Swiftly Ashore

Smith George Cross
Artist: Peter Archer 1986

On 10th Jan 1945 two bombs were planted by the Utashi in houses in which the LRDG were billeted. In order to save the family and his radio equipment  Kenneth Smith picked up one of the bombs and ran out of the house. When he was a short distance from the house the bomb exploded killing him.

Contact, Wait Out
Artist: Peter Archer 1984

Sgt Joseph Gordon Mather commanded a 4 man SAS patrol on East Falkland in May 1982. He reported enemy movement and dispositions in the Bluff Cove and Stanley areas for 28 days. He was awarded the MM for his leadership and example.

This painting depicts the activities of 30th Signal Regiment, who participated in OPERATION CORPORATE, durin the retaking of the Falkland Islands in 1982.  The focal point of the painting is the SATCOM and MRL detachment.
