Royal Engineers - Floating Two Span Bridge

Floating Two Span Bridge   Floating Two Span Bridge

The BR 90 bridge system allows for two span bridges to be constructed by ABLE.

Using 2 x 32 m bridge sets, the centre of the bridge is supported by fixed or floating piers.

A bridge with three floating piers is required to accommodate a 105 tonne loaded tank transporter.
