The Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team "The Flying Gunners"

 

 

 

The Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team "The Flying Gunners"  are currently in the middle of a very demanding show season performing in front of thousands of people each week up and down the UK. However at the end of this season it is time for a bit of fun with plenty of off road riding improving our skills on an off road bike ready for the following season.

This year for the first time the team will be running Introduction to Off Road Riding Courses for serving members of the Royal Artillery. If you are interested and you are a serving soldier in the RA then please contact WO2 Dave Wade or email the team flyinggunners@btconnect.com. The course is taking place on Longmoor Training Area and there are two dates. The dates are 19 - 24 Oct 08 and 09 - 14 Nov 08. For more information please contact us asap.

Further more if your interested in a break for a couple of years and a change to the old routine the team are holding Team Trials later this year for potential new team members, riding experience is not essential, but again you have to be a serving member of the Royal Artillery. The dates for these trials which are again held at Longmoor Training Area are 23 - 28 Nov 08 and 7 - 12 Dec 08. Again for more information please contact us as above.
