 THE WARRANT OFFICERS AND SERGEANTS’ (PAST AND PRESENT) DINNER CLUB.        

The original Charter for the Warrant Officers and Sergeants’ (Past and Present) Dinner Club was drawn up on 6 Oct 57 and the first dinner was planned for the 25 Oct 57.  Owing to operational commitments this dinner was postponed.  The dinner eventually took place on 31 Oct 59.  This function saw the attendance of 281 members, the Guest of Honour being the then Colonel Commandant General Sir Richard Gale GCB KBE MC.  This first dinner was held in the old Maida Gym, Aldershot. 

The 2006 Dinner was held at 1 PARA St Athan. The principle guest was the Colonel Commandant ,General Sir John Reith KCB CBE and was attended by 200 members. The feedback from the members has been very good.

The Date for the 49th Annual Dinner, is Saturday 20th October 2007 and will be held at the 1 PARA Warrant Officers & Sergeants Mess St Athan, Wales. Click the link for a map of St Athan.
