"The standard of competition was extremely high and maintains the finest traditions of the competition"
The competitors, one who had travelled from Aberdeen, were congratulated by The Commanding Officer of the Army Training Regiment, Bassingbourn, Lt Col Nigel Smith for their fine turnout and extremely high standard of turnout, bearing and personal drill, he then presented each with a certificate. Congratulations to the Secretary of the Cambridge 85 branch, Mr. Brian Day for organising this important event and hope that more competitors can make the journey and compete next year.
