This year's big date on the Colchester calendar was 16th June as thousands turned out for the Garrison and 16 Air Assault Brigade's Military Festival. People came from far and wide as well as their own doorstep. From It's A Knockout to top arena events and of course a double dose of our own 107 Garrison FM roadshow, how could you not miss this treat? A heavy early afternoon downpour sorted out the waifs and strays, but luckily it was that late in the day after a morning of rain around most parts of the UK. The next one's planned for 2009, so keep visiting here for the official website for Colchester Military Festival 2009!
