Captain Kathryn Woods (QARANC) - Team Captain

Position: No 8
Kat Woods is now in her Third season as the Captain of the Army Rugby Union Woman's Team where her leadership has been clearly evident both on and off the field where she has a clear passion to develop rugby at all levels within the Services. Her drive and commitment during the last two seasons drove her towards an ultimate goal of beating the New Zealand Army and Navy this year on the Centenary Tour. Kat has continually represented the Army since 1999 claiming her position within the back row through her thirst and drive to improve each season. With the goalposts raised for this season with some demanding fixtures, Kat is fully committed in leading the team to be successful and retaining the Inter Service Championship title.

Corporal Sarah Hudson RLC - Vice Captain
Corporal Sarah Hudson (RLC)

Position: Centre
Sarah has been selected this season to be the Vice Captain she is looking forward to the challenges and rewards of this position. She is currently Training with Wasps and hopes to make the first team. Sarah has played at the elite level of the game for Henley, Corps, Army, Combined Services, England U18, and Development and has been selected this season for the super fours trials. Sarah has developed every season which has resulted in her Vice Captaincy this season; never accepting second best, she is totally committed in every game, always focussed, she will lead by example taking on every challenge presented to her.
