Overseas Security Information For Business
The Mission of the OSIB service is to:
help UK businesses succeed overseas by providing them with key information on political, economic, and business security-related risks;
provide authoritative, accessible, up-to-date Government information and advice on key markets and issues in relation to these risks, primarily through the UKTI website, but also through specific targeted activities such as events;

Bahrain
The Foreign Office advises against all but essential travel to Bahrain.
Libya
The Foreign Office recommends against all but essential travel to Libya. British nationals without a pressing need to remain in the country should leave by commercial means if it is safe to do so. British nationals wishing to register an interest in the FCO charter flights or requiring assistance or further advice can call the Foreign Office's 24 hour hotline on 020 7008 0000 from the UK or 021 340 3644/45 from Libya.
