This report presents the results of a telephone survey conducted in June 2004, which focused on textiles, clothing and footwear employers in West Yorkshire compared with those in Leicestershire. The purpose was to learn more about the skills and training needs of those employers and the extent to which these needs were being met by local FE colleges and training providers.
