Biography

Zoey joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills in July 2010 from a sector skills council where she was a Senior Researcher specialising in research and evaluation of workforce development needs and interventions across the justice sector. Prior to this Zoey worked at Ecotec Research & Consulting as a Research Manager with expertise in employment and welfare, skills and equality research. During her time with Ecotec, Zoey was seconded to the Department of Work and Pensions as a Research Officer gaining valuable experience in the commissioning and dissemination of research.
