Biography

Paul joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills in March 2009 from Ecotec Research and Consulting where he was a Senior Consultant specialising in the fields of employment, labour markets and equality. Prior to Ecotec, Paul was the Policy Manager at the Employers' Forum on Disability. At the Forum he represented employer opinion to government and evaluated the success of organisational and national policy. Paul has been a member of a number of advisory groups; including the Incapacity Benefits Ministerial Group and the Rehabilitation Standards Working Group. He has also been an assessor for the Business in the Community Diversity Awards.
