Biography
Paul joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills as a Research Manager in July 2010. Prior to this he worked as a Research Manager at a not-for-profit organisation, CFE (Research & Consulting), specialising in employment and skills research and policy. Here he worked on a range of projects, which included measuring the demand for higher level skills from employers, conducting formative and summative evaluations of lifelong learning networks and developing employer engagement at individual higher education institutions. He has also worked on national reviews and evaluations of Train to Gain, Investors in People and the Apprenticeship vacancies system. In addition, Paul has 5 years social research experience with a London-based consultancy.
Paul holds a degree in Government from the University of Essex and an MA in European Integration from the University of Bradford. He is an associate member of the Market Research Society.
