Biography
Mark was previously Head of Research (2007-08) at the Sector Skills Development Agency. Before that he was a self-employed economic researcher specialising in the operation of labour markets, employment, education and training.
Mark has worked for the Office for National Statistics, the SSDA, numerous SSCs and the Learning and Skills Council (national and local offices). He has much experience of working in London, having worked for the Government Office for London and the London Development Agency and for a period was Acting Director of London Skills Forecasting Unit, on behalf of the London Learning and Skills Councils.
