Biography
Caroline joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills in June 2010 on a 12 month secondment from People 1st, the Sector Skills Council for the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries. Caroline has worked at People 1st for six years, the latter three as Head of Research. Prior to People 1st, Caroline worked as a researcher for Gloucestershire Learning and Skills Council, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and the Gloucestershire Labour Market Information Unit. Caroline holds a Masters in Applied Social and Market Research from Westminster University and a BSc in City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University.
