Biography
Caroline joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills in June 2010 as a Research Manager. She has significant experience in social research in government, focusing on the labour market, small business and adult learning and skills. Prior to joining the UK Commission, Caroline was a Social Researcher working in a number of Government Departments including the Department for Work and Pensions, and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Caroline has a first Degree in Geography from Sheffield University and a Masters Degree in Policy Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University.
