It is a comprehensive newsletter that will keep you up to date on the SSC relicensing process, including; progress information on the timeframes, stages and outcomes, frequently asked questions and advice about how your views can contribute to the assessment process.

Your views about SSCs are vital to the relicensing process!

SSCs have done a great deal of work on behalf of employers, but there are many challenges which lie ahead. We need to be sure that the SSCs are up to that challenge, and that is why their performance is being assessed through the relicensing process over the coming months.

Consultation with stakeholders is an integral part of the process for relicensing Sector Skills Councils (SSCs). Stakeholder comments will inform the assessment of SSC performance being undertaken independently by the National Audit Office (NAO). They want to ensure they have heard from the widest possible range of stakeholders to give the most objective view.
