Tay Division
Tay Division, Dundee (Drill Night - Monday) - meets on a Monday evening in the Dundee Sea Cadets' unit on the Dundee waterfront.
Tay Division is a small but steadily growing unit that has successfully provided members of the Ship's Company to serve on Ships in support of Operation Telic (Support in Iraq). Training is sometimes conducted at HMS Scotia in Rosyth, just across the river from Edinburgh. Tay Division also has access to boats for training during the Summer months. Tay Division is expanding quickly and, as such, gets closely involved with the local community and regularly supports Remembrance Day parades. The unit is currently commanded by Lt Cdr Kit McKinley RNR and is recruiting various specialisations.
