All applicants must have passed the recruitment test by the closing date for each course. Starting Salary for all Trainee Ratings is £16,406 with an additional RFA Allowance of £3,072
Qualified Rating Vacancies Deck Department We are now accepting applications for Qualified ABs (SG1A). You must be in possession of the following MCA STCW95 approved certification, AB, EDH & CPSC (Lifeboat). Recent experience 18mths – 2yrs as an AB is also desirable. Starting salary is £25,039 (with an additional RFA allowance of £3,072). We are also recruiting qualified EDHs who must be in possession of a valid EDH certificate plus CPSC (Lifeboat). Interviews are on-going and are held every 4 – 6 weeks. Medical Technicians We will be recruiting Medical Technicians during 2010, applications will be looked at on a case by case basis. The ideal candidate would hold an Advanced Life Support qualification (ALS) and remote medicine qualifications (Offshore Medic Certificate / DipROM) and be familiar with military medical administration, Naval Maritime Organisation for Action procedures and military medicines management. Although candidates with a strong clinical background in remote/offshore medicine without Naval or Military experience may be considered. Starting salary will be £30,153 rising to £35,120 after 4 years. In addition to the salary there is an additional RFA allowance of £3,072 per year.

We are accepting applications for Cadets throughout the year. Starting Salary is between £11,296 & £12,307 with an additional RFA Allowance of £3,072.
Qualified Officer Vacancies Deck Branch We are recruiting qualified Deck Officers. Coming in at Third Officer level, you will already have achieved your STCW 95 Officer of the Watch Certificate of Competency and ideally will have recent sea-time. Your starting salary will be £26 246, plus you will be paid an additional RFA allowance of £ 3 072.
