At the heart of the performance management system for each Research Council is its delivery plan which sets out their priorities and plans for the three years of the Government’s Spending Review cycle.
Each delivery plan includes a scorecard which sets out specific objectives, milestones and targets for major activities.
There is also an RCUK Delivery Plan and scorecard which sets out the Research Councils priorities for collaboration and joint working. This complements Research Councils own delivery plans and the Governments Science and Innovation Investment Framework.
