Who are we?
The Pay & Personnel Agency was established in 1996 and is a branch of the Ministry of Defence.
We are based on two sites at Bath and Cheadle Hulme (see Maps page) and employ 650 people.
What do we do?
We administer Payments, Pensions and Human Resource services to our customers.
We aim to provide an excellent service delivering both quality and best value for money.
