The British Military Advisory Training Team West Africa (BMATT (WA)) is composed of 8 military personnel based in Accra.
BMATT(WA) provides support and training to the Ghanaian Armed Forces which aims to enhance Ghana’s capacity to conduct peace support operations. Efforts also include support to the Ghanaian Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFSC), including infrastructure projects such as accommodation facilities, which are crucial in allowing training to take place.
