The British Defence Advisory Team (BDAT) Nigeria currently consists of one military officer based in Abuja.
BDAT Nigeria aims to support the development of professional Nigerian Armed Forces, capable of fulfilling its role as a national defence force and as a significant provider of peacekeeping forces. Efforts also include support to the refurbishment and further development of the Nigerian Peacekeeping Training Wing in Jaji.
