One NorthEast is dedicated to providing a sustainable environment across North East England as well as supporting the rural environment and delivering its physical regeneration and development policies and strategies throughout the region.

Sites and Premises

The Regeneration Team manages the Agency’s portfolio of Sites & Premises throughout the region and is able to offer a range of attractive development opportunities to businesses and investors.  Many of the development sites are on established industrial and business parks in strategic locations appealing to national or regional occupiers, whilst other sites are also available in more outlying areas that serve more local markets.

Regeneration

The Agency works with the Sub-Regional Partnerships, the two Urban Regeneration Companies and English Partnerships, as well as on its own strategic projects, to deliver a broad range of physical regeneration developments.  In addition, the Agency has an impressive portfolio of Sites & Premises throughout the region and is able to offer a range of attractive development opportunities to businesses and investors.
