The OFT issued invitations for third party comments on the following mergers:
Anticipated acquisition by The Coca-Cola Company of a further interest in Fresh Trading Limited.
Anticipated acquisition by GXS, Inc. of Inovis, Inc.
The OFT cleared the anticipated acquisition by Smurfit Kappa Group plc of the UK corrugated packaging operations of Mondi Group AG.
