Joint Academic Coding System / QCA Conversion table

Last updated on: 08/04/2008

Conversion tables (maps) have been produced and agreed with the relevant organisations, and they show how the sector and subject categories equate to other popular classification systems currently in use. This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England.
