Ofqual open letter on qualifications in the QCF

This letter sets out the regulatory expectations for developing qualifications in the Qualifications and Credit Framework.

It was originally sent to chief executives of the Sector Skills Councils and Awarding Organisations, on behalf of Ofqual, DCELLS and CCEA.
