Letter from the regulators

This letter, from the chief executives of the regulators of external qualifications in England (Ofqual), Wales (DCELLS) and Northern Ireland (CCEA), was sent to stakeholders accompanying the Regulatory arrangements for the Qualifications and Credit Framework.
