Operating rules for using the term 'NVQ' in a QCF qualification title

This document sets out requirements to ensure qualifications that use the term 'NVQ' are titled consistently and appropriately. The operating rules rely on, and must be read in conjunction with, Regulatory Arrangements for the Qualifications and Credit Framework.
