Ofqual's Publication Scheme

This scheme has been produced in accordance with the Information Commissioner’s guidelines. It sets out the types of information that we publish and explains how we make this information available.

Until legislation is passed to establish Ofqual as an independent regulator reporting to parliament, Ofqual operates as part of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Our Publication Scheme therefore forms part of QCA's wider Publication Scheme.
