Governance structure

QCA has put in place a new legal and governance structure so that Ofqual is given the maximum amount of independence possible under the current statutory framework. As part of this structure the Ofqual Committee, a committee of the QCA, has been established to oversee the exercise of QCA's regulatory functions. This diagram summarises the new governance arrangements.
