Lifelong learning

The government’s emphasis on lifelong learning in the 20th century is outlined in this report. It looks at the workplace as being a place of learning as we move towards acquiring new skills and knowledge in an ever changing work environment.

This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England and regulates and monitors NVQs in Northern Ireland.
