Last updated on: 08/04/2008

This report presents the findings from a survey of teachers' views regarding the quality of GCSE and A level question papers, conducted by Ipsos MORI on behalf of QCA. We are currently investigating the process for setting GCSE and A level question papers and this survey seeks to inform the investigation by providing data on teachers' views of the quality of the papers, for a sample of subjects during the summer 2007 examination session.

This document was published by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA). The regulatory function of QCA is now the responsibility of the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual). Ofqual regulates qualifications and monitors national curriculum assessments in England.
