    The biggest ever Festival marking the international significance of Titanic has been launched in Belfast today.  Details of the Three- week programme of events- Titanic Belfast Festival 2012 – were unveiled at  a reception in the City Hall. The event which is organised by Belfast City Council and supported by NITB with funding from DETI  will include  highlights such as the return of MTV,  and a public commemoration service marking the unveiling of a Titanic Memorial Garden within the grounds of the City Hall.  Tourism Minister Arlene Foster , NITB Chief Executive Alan Clarke, Councillor Niall O Donnghaile  Linda Craig ( left) and Ruth Welsby ( right) , dressed in period Titanic costume attended the launch.
