Has your PTA renewed?

Volunteer Checks

The Government has announced new legislation to scale back checks on people working and volunteering with children.  Whilst this is likely to affect PTA committee members and volunteers in England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland the changes won't come into effect until the legislation is passed.  NCPTA has produced a new Information Sheet providing further information on the announcement and advice on what action members should take until the legislation is passed.
