Each department within The National Archives has an Achieving Together Champion who helps to make sure that we meet the Investors in People Standard.

The remit of the Champions' group also extends to other activities aimed at making The National Archives a better place to work. These include:

  • learning and development for staff
  • performance management
  • internal communications
  • staff surveys
  • reward and recognition.

The Champions meet on a monthly basis and the meeting is chaired by the chief executive.
