The steering group co-ordinates the activities of the Public Services Quality group (PSQG) and meets on a regular basis.

The steering group's membership includes representatives sponsoring:

  • The National Council on ArchivesExternal website - link opens in a new window (NCA) with whom PSQG has a memorandum of affiliation facilitating involvement in paid research and developmental work.
  • The National Archives provides administrative support and hosts the annual quality forum.
  • The London Metropolitan ArchivesExternal website - link opens in a new window hosts the meetings of the various working groups.
