Much of the work produced by the Public Services Quality group is that of small committees or working groups of active members who draw on the expertise of others as required. The current working groups cover the following topics:

Each working group has a convenor, but the membership is defined by participation, and anyone who is interested can attend, comment and become involved. If you are interested in taking part in any of these activities please contact the convenor.
