The Defence Estates Housing Directorate (DE/HD) is responsible for providing eligible Armed Forces personnel with married quarters accommodation, and related services. This website is designed to provide information on HD's services, and a medium through which our customers and stakeholders can contact us.

 
Prior to our merger with Defence Estates in April 2004, DE/HD were known as the Defence Housing Executive (DHE). References to DHE can be found on a number of our publications, accessable through this site. There are aspects of the merger and subsequent restructure, which are yet to be decided upon. Consequently changes will be implemented to both this website, and our publications, as the need arises.
