The Annual Report and Accounts provides an overview of the DCSA’s achievements and key projects and outlines our performance against Key Target. It also provides a detailed record of our Financial Accounts.

The Business Plan focuses on the in-year elements of the Corporate Plan. This includes the main objectives and priorities for FY 05/06 and the DCSA Key Targets. Delivery is measured through the Agency level Balanced Scorecard and DCSA Key Target Rationale Paper for FY 05/06.The Business Plan is developed alongside the Corporate Plan and sets the template for Directorate and IPT Business Plans.

The Corporate Plan details the Agency’s strategic direction, strategic objectives and DCSA Key Targets for the next five years.

The Framework Document lays out the wider strategy direction of the DCSA and the governance arrangements in place for delivering the Vision. Specifically, it details the Chief Executive and owners accountability to Parliament for achievement of the Key Targets. It also outlines the Freedoms and Delegations against which the Chief Executive can exercise his authority.

“Success through People”, the DCSA’s HR Charter, details HR’s commitment to its customers and sets out the roles and responsibilities of the HR team.

The Vision End State poster shows the Workstreams of the DCSA Change Programme and details where the Agency wants to be in the next few years. It shows what the DCSA will need to achieve to have reached is Vision.

The DCSA Strategic Route Map poster details, on a year-by-year basis, how the Agency will develop and the steps that it will take to ultimately achieve its Vision End State.
