Service Leavers

The Ministry of Defence’s Directorate of Resettlement is responsible for administering tri-Service resettlement provision for eligible individuals who leave the UK’s Armed Forces.

D Resettlement works in partnership with one of the leading private sector outplacement companies, Right Management, to deliver resettlement support. The services that are provided by Right Management on D Resettlement's behalf go under the name Career Transition Partnership (CTP).

Part of the CTP’s provision is a job finding service, which is free to both Employers and Service Leavers. Every year thousands of highly trained individuals leave the Armed Forces with many transferable skills that can be of real benefit to civilian employers.

The CTP’s job finding service is a direct route for employers to gain access to this skilled workforce at no cost.
