US Closedown

It is anticipated that the US office that controls visits to Government Establishments and Defence Contractors facilities will close down during the period 02 December 2005 to 06 January 2006.  The US Authorities will not accept, action or process, any visit requests during this period with the exception of genuine “mission critical” emergency visits, which must be fully supported by a letter from the US Authorities.

Any visits that are due to commence during the above stated period, and for 6 (six) weeks after this period up to and including 17 February 2006, must be submitted to IVCO before the closedown dates.

To allow IVCO, and the British Embassy in Washington, sufficient time to process requests the deadline for submissions to this office is 28 October 2005
