Step 3:

Application for a Licence to reproduce 'Value Added' Crown Copyright Material

Please could you set out the following details on an e-mail, addressed to ipr-cu@dpa.mod.uk

1) Applicant's Name

Please tell us who you are. In the case of an organisation or company you should use the organisation/company name.

2) Contact Details

Please state a contact address and telephone number

3) Copyright item(s) to be reproduced

Please be as specific as possible, providing the reference number(s), title(s), and/or publication date(s) where appropriate. Please also specify how much material you wish to reuse.

4) How reproductions will be used

Please tell us how you wish to use the material e.g. photocopying, in a book, on a CD-ROM, on a website etc.

If you are planning to publish the material yourself, please provide details such as publication title, website address etc.

Please provide any other details which you think may be relevant so that we can draft an appropriate licence for you.

What Happens Next?

On receipt of your application we will send you an acknowledgement and then prepare an appropriate licence. You should not reuse any of the material before the licence has been issued.
