AFPS Form 9 - Inverse Commutation

This form should be completed if you want to reduce your pension lump sum (normally tax-free) in order to increase the level of your taxable pension.  This cannot be done for Early Departure Payments.

Applications must be made within six months of the pension being due for payment and once the member has accepted the figures provided the decision cannot be reversed.
