Many training areas have their own leaflets and information detailing when the land is open to the public. Visitor centres are open on a number of training areas and we are working to improve paths, signage, car parking and access for the less able. Information on firing times and closures for most training areas is often published in local newspapers and displayed in public libraries, hotels, public houses and on parish notice boards near to Defence land.
