DCDC - Legal Team

The Legal Team was formed in April 2002 to give a legal input to the wider work of the DCDC while providing a joint, Central Staff focus on international and operational law issues.

The DCDC Legal Team, comprising military lawyers drawn from all 3 Services, provides an in-house legal resource to the DCDC, as well as delivering bespoke legal advice on international law to clients within the wider Defence community.
